Completing a contract grants you a random blueprint from the reward pool tied to that specific mission. If you do not receive the specific blueprint you are looking for, you will need to repeat the contract until it drops. The good news is, most of the pools consist of full armor sets and a handful of weapons. If you do not see the exact contract you need repeat existing contracts for that faction until it appears.
